Do you accept walk in appointments?

Due to nature and privacy of this business I do not accept walk in appoints.

All appointments must be scheduled as appointments are 1:1.

Hair Loss Consultations are on FRIDAYS ONLY. Due to limited time it is advisable to schedule your day and time as soon as possible.

How many people are allowed at my appointment?

Due to privacy, you will be the only person at your allotted appointment time. No other person will be present.

Adults must accompany minors under the age of 12 for service and treatments.

What is the my refund policy?

If you have paid for a Consultation you will be allowed to reschedule if you are unable to make your appointment.

If you fail to reschedule or if you do not show up for your appointment you will not be allowed to reschedule. 

Payment for Consultation, Services, and Products is FINAL.
